Host of podcast Spirit of 608 and manager of communication studio Pressdope, Lorraine Sanders is a master of balance and effort, maximizing her time and energy with digital tools and crossbranding. A journalist, media strategist, podcast producer and host with a special interest in the intersection of fashion, entrepreneurship, sustainability and tech—a space she coined 'FEST' and believes is the future of the fashion industry. A Virginia-born girl who left to see the world, took a 15-year pause in the San Francisco Bay Area and recently returned, Lorraine hosts the Spirit of 608 podcast for and about women at the forefront of FEST and is a regular contributor to Women's Wear Daily. She has written extensively about the business of fashion, ecommerce trends, stylish startups, digital culture and the intersection of mental health and technology for the San Francisco Chronicle, FastCompany.com, Women 2.0, Ozy.com, 7x7.com and many others. She created the Style Bytes column for the San Francisco Chronicle and her work has been published by numerous print and online outlets, including MensJournal.com, HarpersBazaar.com, Inc., Forbes, USA Today and NPR.com.
