Common House Rules & Regulations

BILLING. Membership fees are due the first of each month, and any outstanding balances will result in termination of your membership and the involvement of a collections agency. Common House has the ability to increase membership pricing at any point but will provide a 30 day notification to members.

CANCELLATIONS. Please reach out to membership@commonhouse.com for cancellation inquiries.

Annual Memberships: Memberships are annual commitments, and are in effect for one year from the Effective Date and are automatically renewed for the upcoming year unless Member notifies the Facility’s Membership Manager, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary date of their renewal date. If Member fails to give the written notice of its intent not to renew, then Member shall remain fully liable pursuant to the Agreement for the Membership Dues associated with the applicable Renewal Term. Decisions regarding early termination or suspension of Membership will be determined by CH, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Monthly Memberships: For members with a month-to-month plan, a 30 day cancellation notice must be provided by email to the Membership Team and the member is required to fill out a cancellation survey to finalize that cancellation. For example, if the member requests to cancel on October 15th, they will still be charged for November 1st billing and will continue to have access to the club until the end of November. They would not be charged for December 1st billing.

REJOINING. If an individual requests to rejoin the House within 12 months of cancelling their original membership, they can do-so by either paying back the monthly dues missed while away or repaying the initiation fee, whichever is the lesser amount.

REFUNDS. Common House does not issue refunds on dues or initiation fees after you submit your membership application. Unless there was a mistake with your billing, refunds are not issued if members do not utilize the House in any matter.

GUESTS. Members can bring up to three guests into the club at one time. We require reservations ahead of time for parties of more than four. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times and agree to all member rules and regulations upon signing in at the front desk. We are a 21+ club, except on Saturdays until 5pm.

PRIVATE PARTIES. From time to time, areas of the House may be reserved for private dining or events. We will ensure you are notified of any schedule changes or closures via email as well as posting signage well in advance.

FOOD & BEVERAGE. Please refrain from bringing in outside food or beverages. Our full service menu and craft cocktails can be had anywhere within the House. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as we’d be happy to accommodate those.

PETS. No pets allowed.. Trained service animals only are allowed in the House.

PROHIBITED ITEMS. Firearms, drugs, tobacco, cigarettes, and vaporizers are strictly prohibited at the House, including exterior areas.

CONDUCT. Members are required to abide by the unwritten rules of courtesy, dignity, and good conduct. Every member is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. A complaint against any member or guest alleging an infraction of the House Rules or conduct should be submitted to our membership team. Common House follows a one-warning policy and has the right to refuse service and terminate membership at any time. The following instances would not fall under the one-warning policy and would be subject to immediate termination of membership: Harassment + Discrimination + Unwanted physical contact
