As a Common House member, you gain access to our current Houses, in addition to a network of clubs worldwide — from Austin and San Francisco to Iceland and London.

How do I sign up?
Our reciprocal partnerships are managed through Sonato Alliance. To create your account, either refer to the instructional email sent from reciprocity@commonhouse.com or sign up using one of the below links, based on your home House location:
To sign up, you'll need the email associated your Common House membership (you will receive an error message if the email entered doesn’t match the one associated with your Common House membership). If you run into trouble activating your account, please contact reciprocity@commonhouse.com and/or select “I’m sure this information is correct” in the sign up process — our team will review login attempts in a timely manner.
To complete your sign-up, verify your email address by clicking the link in the email sent by Sonato. It's a good idea to bookmark your sign-in page for easy access to Sonato Alliance.
How do I request visits to other clubs?
Once you've successfully activated your account, explore clubs to visit and make visit requests from the Sonato homepage. Click on clubs to more about their offerings, house rules, dress code, and visit restrictions.
When you're ready to request a visit to a club, simply click “visit this club” on the club profile. This will pull up a calendar where you can make your request. Select the date, time, and number of guests and click “book your visit.” Upon booking your first visit, you'll be asked to upload a photo and enter your phone number.
Your visit request will go to the club for approval. *Please note: several clubs require 72 hours advance notice in order to accept visitors. It's also at the club's discretion to approve or deny any visits.
What if I want to visit another Common House?
As a Common House member, you have access to all our current locations. Though you don't need to make a formal reservation to visit any of our locations, feel free to reach out to concierge@commonhouse.com if you'd like to book a dining reservation or if you're planning on arriving with a party of five or more.
How do I make Hotel Reservations?
A few of our partner clubs have hotels. And through Sonato, our members can access these rooms at a discounted rate. When applicable, the club will reach out with the option to make a reservation at their hotel when confirming your visit.
To make a reservation for the guest rooms at Common House Chattanooga, proceed to our website or email conciergechatt@commonhouse.com directly. Finally, for discounted room rates at the Quirk hotels in Charlottesville and Richmond, reach out to Concierge directly.
How far in advance do I need to book a visit through Sonato?
Though it varies club by club, we recommend requesting a visit at least 72 hours in advance.
How to I manage my visit requests?
On the Sonato Alliance homepage, click on “Visits” to view and manage your upcoming visits and requests.
Visits that have not been approved yet say will “Awaiting Approval.” Once approved, they will be marked “Approved.”
The clubs will likely reach out to via email or text to confirm your visit and to schedule dining or hotel reservations, if applicable. Visit the inbox section to view messages from other clubs.
