CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your reservation, please email conciergechatt@commonhouse.com 72 hours prior to your arrival for a full refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit your deposit of one night's stay. No-show reservations will be charged for the full stay. Deposits will be automatically charged at time of booking.

Dining reservations can be made with the Concierge. If you prefer to order takeout to your room, please order at the Social Hall bar or let Concierge know. Menus available here.

Pool Hours

We have a seasonal outdoor pool, No lifeguard will be on duty, so we ask that you swim at your own risk and refrain from diving. Pool towels are provided.

Common Law

Common House members and hotel guests are required to abide by the unwritten rules of courtesy, dignity, and good conduct. Hotel guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. A complaint against anyone alleging an infraction of the House Rules or conduct should be submitted to our management team. Common House follows a one-warning policy and has the right to refuse service at any time. The below instances would not fall under the one-warning policy and would be subject to immediate termination of service: harassment, discrimination, physical contact.

• Guests must be 21+

• No smoking on House property. 

• Firearms, drugs, cigarettes, and vaporizers are strictly prohibited anywhere in the House.
